Annalisa Shogren 06.05.2013 | You can export from Audacity to 320 MP3 using this. |
Alphonso Deitchman 05.05.2013 | Your amp and speakers have no effect on the recording. Audacity is as good as any program for recording a simple stereo track, so if there are sound issues it's probably just your mixer. |
Maryellen Buffett 05.05.2013 | Would just like to say that eventually after my 2-10 shift I have managed to rig up my daughters laptop with audacity & some other program that converts recording to mp3 and literally plugged in my laptop to the mixer via the USB connector and all work as simple as that! Had a quick spin just messing about south both TTs and testing out the effects and all recorded. A silly question but does the loudness that is coming out my amp n speakers effect the loudness that audacity will be recording my set?? It's just that I noticed that the little recording I did sounded slightly heavier on base or am I just expecting to much from a free recording program??!! Anyhow another massive plus point for the beringer nox404 mixer |
Alphonso Deitchman 05.05.2013 | There's only 1 input so all you have to do is select the NOX as your audio device, and it should pick up everything coming through the mixer's Master Output. |
Maryellen Buffett 05.05.2013 | So it would be a case of downloading audacity or something and connecting it up with the USB lead and away I go. Will it not only record one channel if it only send music to one channel and is it only mono recording or stereo!! Hope it is that easy as I'm a total technophobe lol |
Alphonso Deitchman 05.05.2013 | Yes, the USB port is for recording the output of the mixer, and for sending 1 channel of audio from your computer to the mixer. |
