Reply to Best Way and Software to Organize music?

So I am a beginning Digital DJ, I have started like on and off for like a year. (It's been like that sine of school and work)
I have a Traktor S4, with Traktor Pro 2, Midifighter.
I have alot music but i dont know how to keep it organized completly, right now I have it all in iTunes.
My question is, what is the best way to organize your music library so when you are DJing and playing a mix to know where to find the song you're looking for and the genre it'll fit in. Is iTunes a good software too? Or is there something better to help?
