When you're doing FX, make sure you chose what deck you want the pad/knob to control. It will say "deck focus" by default, make sure thats set to deck A or B or whatever deck you're looking to control. When you've found something you want to map to a certain function, click the "learn" button and simply give the knob a twist or tap the pad. After that, you should be good to go.
Rad thanks!

Aren't this targets in Traktor 3 or pro 1?

These days you can pick the FX Unit you wish that command to be applied to.

OP:

Add in > Mixer > EQ > KIll / button - hold or toggle
Add in > FX Unit > Button On / button - hold or toggle
Add in > FX Unit > D/W / fader|knob - direct
