Reply to KeyFinder Software Not Detecting Keys

Okay, so I'm in a predicament that I cannot seem to solve. For whatever reason that I don't know, KeyFinder is not detecting keys. I've tested .Wav, .MP3, and .aiff. All it shows is 0... Can someone help me?
