Rekordbox database location (mac)?? Need full reinstall ASAP Posted on: 09.07.2013 by Alphonso Dorminy (apologies if in wrong category - no other ones seemed to fit)PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY!!! I am using Rekordbox... have had many issues with it freezing up before, but now it has frozen up and WILL NOT RE-OPEN... The only way I can believe of to solve the problem is to completely remove the program and reinstall - however, I cannot find the database files... (using Max OSX) found in community s that they SHOULD be in directory "/Users/yourusername/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox" BUT - no such directory exists on my computer!!! From the hard drive, there is a users folder - but no specific user - under "shared," there is no Pioneer directory under the library folder... searching on my mac reveals no more Pioneer, rekordbox, or database. Please help me ASAP on where I can find and delete the database, as there's no way I can get this program open and NEED it for my JOB. thanks | |

Milda Poucher 10.07.2013 | While the Finder is selected, hold Alt on the keyboard and go to the taskbar and under "Go" will be Library. It's hidden by default. Holding Alt temporarily unhides the path. But it's there. |
