Problem struck, Allen Heath Xone: db4 and DJM 800, help Posted on: 23.07.2013 by Ana Butt Hello there guys, so problems have occurred, I have this upcoming gig and guys want to use theirs DJM 800 and CDJ's, I dont like CDJ's and obviously DJM 800 and they kinda fussed about when its my time to play, you have to plug out leads from DJm 800 and plug it in into DB4, so, my question is, how to avoid that quiet gap?

Augustine Mitzen 24.07.2013	is it really neccessary though? i mean, all the mixers are pretty much the same, and it's not like a DJM800 is a bad mixer either
Nancey Inderlied 23.07.2013	Also make absolutely sure you ask the stage manager very politely if you can do that, and if there's enough room for you to do that (don't ask them to make room). Because if you just roll up and expect to start tearing up the install, chances are you either aren't coming back, or will get ejected at exit velocity.
