Popping when using the cross fader on a DDJ-T1
Posted on: 29.07.2013 by Cherryl Maunder
Hi all. Its been awhile since I posted (very busy with school and such) but the other day I was practicing a bit on my Pioneer DDJ T1 and had a track playing on deck B and when I started to cue up a track on deck A all sound cut off and when I moved the cross fader over my speakers would pop. I also couldn't get track a or c to play without holding down the cue button. I turned it off and restarted Traktor and it worked just fine but I was wondering what could've caused it to freak out like that? Could it be a short in the hardware or a connection problem? I've got a mobile gig soon and really can't have that happening in the middle of it. Thanks for any help!
