Can someone elaborate on the above quote--> i.e.: can you force traktor to skip around the track to always the 1st beat of a 1 2 3 4 measure? I'm also certain the iphone traktor dj app does this by default. so how do i make tractor pro 2.6.2 (demo) do the same? Thanks, i've been trying to get an answer to this for weeks.

How about you also give us a portion of your earnings? I mean if we have to do all the answering, spoon feeding and giving advice, why not reward us with a little $$$?
Totally agree with this one can we set up a contract with the topic starter?

Because we try to help others too , and then they help us and it goes like this, that is how a community works. a community is not for making money (except if your job is in the community ). After all i am not forcing anyone to help me, it's voluntary.

That's what I would believe that term would mean.

'BeatSync' mode forces phase sync and tempo sync of the slave deck to the master.

Saw your other thread too - read the S4 and Traktor manuals in detail! Do youtube tutorials like ones from DJ Angelo, Dubspot, Ean Golden, etc. Read the DJTT articles. All the answers are there.

Absolutely recommend you read that article that makar1 posted the link of, but in short, Snap drops cue points and loops right on the beatgrid without having to adjust, so that your cues and loops always fall on a beat. Quantize or the Q button when on, basically when your cue point juggling, it only allows the cue point to be played on beat, so if your timing is off, it will basically fix it for you. I don't believe it really does much more then that. It's cool if your starting out and your timing isn t always right, but since it only allows a cue to play on beat, if you try and get creative and do off beat/rapid cue point juggling, it won't allow it.
