I have trouble with my ddj ergo and traktor pro 2

Hey guys i have big issues with my traktor and my ddj ergo, with my ddj ergo i cant hear any sound going through the headphone jack when i plug in my headphones for the cue stuff, and also on traktor i cant get my effects going, and plus it just stuffs up sometimes, ive tried messing about and still doesnt work, ive got other issues but cant explain them, could someone help would be so appreciative i really want to get back to djing
