Traktor MIDI Mapping Dissapears

I got to a gig last evening , opened up my laptop and found that my all the commands in my mapping for my VCI-100 had disappeared in the Traktor settings window and none of the controls where working. I tried to reimport the .tsi file but nothing happened. Luckily I had a USB so played out on CDJs but was such a hassle.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I sorted the issue, I believe it was to do with the fact that I for some reason had two copies of Traktor installed on my computer and it was getting confused.

Hey Nicky,

Since the mapping doesn't load any command in manager there is no point of checking the in/out ports though.

Check your in and out midi ports in the controller manager.

Use big import button and try to install some other mapping just to make sure that traktor is ok or not. Eventually, contact NI support about it.

Luck,
