Live stream mixing back to back
Live stream mixing back to back Posted on: 23.08.2013 by Marianna Kitzrow Hey everybody. New to this site. Relatively new to the world of djing. Obsessed with it obviously because its the greatest thing I ever discovered. I just moved to Colorado from Florida and was wondering if anybody knew if there was a way to still mix with my best friend who's still back east. I can't wait to find the house scene out in Denver and hopefully start playing live but honestly some of my favorite times mixing were just with friends trying random stuff out going back to back. Anybody know if theres a site or way to live stream so that we could bounce back to back in real time? We both use s4's if that helps but I assume this would require some third party besides traktor to pull off. | |

Lakeesha Storman 25.08.2013 | Check out beta on Saturdays. Great sound system, solid DJ's and it's house music evening
. Just saw Bad Boy Bill and Richard Vission there last weekend. As for realtime streaming...can't help you. |
Libbie Orion 24.08.2013 | yes you cant go back and forth in real time. there is a delay from what you hear to what he is playing anywhere from 3 seconds to 2 minutes (DSL) not even if you were on skype with a fiber connection. doesnt mean you cant both find a streaming website to mix on, and each of you take a timeslot back to back from eachother. thats about as close as yuo can get to "being there" |
Augustine Mitzen 24.08.2013 | i don't believe that would be possible, mainly the real time aspect |
Marianna Kitzrow 23.08.2013 | Thanks I'll see if it works |
Latoria Kavulich 23.08.2013 | Take a look at Mixlr or Mixify. Both easy to set up. |
