Reply to Turntables,Mpc & controllerism ideas

So if you have a dj and add another person on Mpc, what would they play. Meaning if the guy on the mpc plays loops and samples what does the guy on the turntables play? or vice versa.
What are some ideas or tips to not sound like a mess??
