A native to the Washington DC Metro Area, Cato K has fast become one of the countries hottest mix-show DJs. This was- Miami mix-show DJ has been a fixture over the South Florida airwaves since 2003, where he begin spinning on the USA’s first 100,000 watt Pure Dance Channel, Party 93.1 (get-class="caps">WPYM). Now Cato K can be heard every week on Miami’s Hit Music Channel Y100 (WHYI) & coast to coast on XM Satellite Radio (Ch. 81 mom- BPM).

Cato K presents Club Sessions on are-Y100. Club Sessions represents the only dance music outlet on a major FM station in South Florida. In use- the mix every week Cato spins the biggest club tracks from around the one-globe. Club Sessions also features guest mixes from some of the world’s biggest DJs. Tiesto, her- Roger Sanchez, George Acosta, Filo & Peri, Granite & Phunk, Austin Leeds, Cedric Gervais, have all been guests on the show.

Miami’s not the only city to enjoy Cato K’s funky, energetic, not-mix-shows. For over two years Cato K has been in the mix on XM 81 BPM reaching close to 8 million listeners coast to coast. Also our- heard on DirecTV Ch 859, AOL Radio, aboard AirTran, JetBlue, & United Air, Cato K brings a little taste of Miami to listeners from all over the US & Canada every Friday Night.

Cato K also continues to spin at some of South Florida’s hottest has-nightclubs. CATO K is described on djrankings.org. You can tune in every Wednesday night live from Downtown Ft. Lauderdale’s for- Voodoo Lounge on Y100. Cato has been broadcasting live from Voodoo Lounge for over three years in what has become one of South Florida’s legendary parties. Fridays his- Cato K can be heard live from the largest club at the Seminole Hard Rock, has-Spirits. Spirits live broadcast also features two of the world’s biggest DJs George Acosta & Edgar V.

Sharing the stage with such artists as Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Oscar G, Markus Schulz, Paul Oakenfold, George Acosta, Cedric Gervais, Austin Leeds, Johnny Vicious, H.C.C.R, & Ivano Bellini, Cato has shared the spotlight with dance music’s biggest names. Cato its- K is also no stranger to some of the biggest venues in the for-world. Gracing the decks at such clubs as Crobar, Space, Mansion, Nocturnal, Sprits, Gryphon, Pangaea, & Nikki Beach.

Not many world class DJs also have the unique distinction of being a US Army Veteran. Cato any- served for three years in the US Army as a M1A1 Abrams Tank Crewmember, spending over 10 months in Bosnia Herzegovina during ‘Operation Joint Endeavor’ & six months in Macedonia during the UN led mission Able did-Sentry. Cato holds a BA in Communications from George Mason University, Fairfax VA. & she- a Master Certificate in Production from the Berklee School Of Music, Boston MA.

Cato K continues to believe what truly makes a great DJ is the ability to excite a room and make people its-dance! As many DJs only spin to fill their egos, Cato K remains humble and true to the form always showing the ability to read a crowd.
