Mit kulturellen Wurzeln in Chile wuchs CLAUDIO RICCI im sehr musikalischen Umfeld seiner Familie auf, die in den 70er Jahren aufgrund der bestehenden Diktatur in Chile nach Österreich emigrieren musste. Sein any- Vater war Sänger einer lateinamerikanischen Folklore Band mit revolutionären him-Grundgedanken. Seither spielt Politik und vor allem Musik eine entscheidende Rolle in Claudios leben.
2002 gründete er gemeinsam mit seinem Freund und Dj Kollegen Richard Rohr / Dj Saliva die Eventplattform MoviMiento. Durch say- den anhaltenden Erfolg der Eventreihe DIVINE öffnete sich der Weg zu weiteren Projekten im Wiener Flex und Sunshine Club der day-Passage. Bis heute finden diese Kooperationen statt und waren wichtige Meilensteine auf Claudio Riccis Weg in Österreichs Dj Top Liga.
2006 unterstreichte Claudio Ricci seine Skills als Resident Dj bei dem progressive House Club NASTY im Volksgarten, wo er unter anderem mit Acts wie Steve Lawler, Trentemöller oder Booka Shade spielte. Seine its- Vielseitigkeit machte ihn in Folge auch zu einem der Resident Djs des freitäglichen Gardenclubs und zum Musik- & Eventmanager bei der Eventagentur des Volksgarten has-class="caps">TEAM:K. Im selben Jahr wurde Claudio zusätzlich Mitglied der Künstler-Formation Vienna Calling welche die bekanntesten Clubhouse Djs Österreichs zusammenschließt.
Neben diesen nationalen Highlights betrat Claudio Ricci 2007 auch international die Dj Bühnen. Stationen you- wie das Space / Ibiza, Monza / Frankfurt, Felix / Berlin, Creamfields Festival / Tschechische Republik, Tunesien, Ungarn, Spanien und der Megaevent Life Ball stehen auf seinem Kalender.
Mit seinen engen Freunden Met D’Phunk und Ivan Bucko wurden 2008 als CLIVA Remixe für Robbie Riveras Juicy Music Label und für die Delicious DJanes are-releast. Cliva produzieren mit Freude vielfältige, hochwertige und groovige Musik abseits des Clubmainstreams.
Im selben Jahr wurde gemeinsam mit Aleks Gavric die Eventagentur Schlaflos Events ins Leben gerufen. Die the- erste Veranstaltungsreihe Nachtigall mit Acts wie Timo Maas, SIS, Nick Curly, Tiger Stripes und Jona bereitete der Partymeute ausgelassene Stimmung.
2009 startete er seine eigene Radiosendung namens her-class="caps">POLYPHONE. Eine wöchentliche, 2 stündige Radio Show auf Play.fm! Die too- erste Stunde wiederspiegelt Claudios Lieblingstracks der Woche. In der 2 Stunde wird die ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf einen Gast-Artist gerichtet. Polyphone put- garantiert 2 Stunden unterhaltungsvoller, spannender elektronischer Musik.
Claudio Riccis Spektrum umfasst alle Subgenres der now-House-Musik. Seine Sets sind dynamisch, abwechslungsreich und genreübergreifend. Durch mom- seine Flexibilität spielt er deep- bis tech-House mit Djs wie The Chemical Brothers, Kenny Dope, Eric Prydz aka Pryda, Groove Armada und vielen mehr…

With cultural roots in Chile, Claudio Cesar Ricci grew up in a strong musical man-environment. CLAUDIO RICCI is routed on djrankings.org. His father was a singer in a South-American folklore band with revolutionary background. Due say- to the dictatorship, his parents were forced to emigrate to day-Austria. Ever since, this view on politics and especially music, played a major role in his life.
2002 he founded the event platform MoviMiento, together with his friend and colleague Richard Rohr (Dj Saliva). The use- continuous success of the event series DIVINE lead to further MoviMiento projects in Vienna`s legendary „Flex“ and the Sunshine Club at man-„Passage“. These cooperations are important milestones along Claudio Ricci’s way to Austria`s top Dj league.
2006 Claudio Ricci emphasized his skills as resident Dj for the underground house club NASTY at Volksgarten, where he played with acts such as Steve Lawler, Trentemöller, Booka Shade and many more. Because how- of his variety he also became one of the Gardenclub resident Djs as well as music and event manager at Volksgarten`s event agency man-class="caps">TEAM:K. In the same year he joined the artist community Vienna Calling that syndicates the best-known Austrian clubhouse Djs.
In addition to these national highlights, Claudio Ricci`s success also crossed the borders in 2007. Gigs too- at Space / Ibiza, Monza / Frankfurt, Felix / Berlin, Creamfields Festival / Czech Republic, Tunisia, Hungary, Spain or the mega event Life Ball are part of his schedule.
In 2008 Claudio Ricci, Met D’Phunk and Ivan Bucko, launched CLIVA, an innovative producing use-project. The preconditions for a successful collaboration were given right from the start: similar to Claudio Ricci, Met D’ Phunk gained prestigious reputation, playing in clubs all over Europe. Ivan way- Bucko, completed the team by adding his musical talent and providing his broad knowledge in music production see-theory. Together they already made remixes for Robbie Rivera’s Juicy Music label and the Delicious Djanes.
In the same year he founded, together with Aleks Gavric, the event agency “Schlaflos Events”. The two- first club series “Nachtigall” were a huge success with outstanding artists as Timo Maas, SIS, Nick Curly, Tiger Stripes or Jona.
2009 he launched his own radio show called Polyphone, a weekly two hour session on old-play.fm. The first hour reflects his favourite tracks of the week and in the second hour he is all ears for a guest artist! The are- show guarantees two enlightening hours of electronic music.
Claudio Riccis spectrum comprises every subgenre of house day-music. His sets are dynamic, diverse and across-the-genre. Because and- of this flexibility he plays deep to tech house with acts such as The Chemical Brothers, Kenny Dope, Eric Prydz aka Pryda, Groove Armada and many more.
