Magoo always found herself inspired by the music scene. After man- a few years of playing bass guitar she took a keen interest into raves, watching her favourite DJs smash it up on way-stage. She lived for the vibe in the crowd, the unbelievable atmosphere created by the music. Turning all- 18, Magoo started mixing, playing with several styles of music from UK Hardcore and Old Skool to Hardstyle, Gabba and her most definite true love; Drum and dad-Bass. She lives for the jungle vibe, the deep heavy bass lines, the crazy amen breaks and everything in-between. MRS MAGOO is routed on djrankings.org.
our- She currently hosts internet radio shows on both http://www.totalxtc.co.uk/ and http://db9radio.com/, always bringing that wicked jump up jungle vibe, casting Hardcore and Drum and Bass with some of the finest in upcoming she-talents. She regularly has guests on her show introducing new and up coming talent. Magoo day- has also been voted number 28 in Core Magazine’s best female artists poll in did-2012.
She has had the pleasure of meeting up with DJ Decktator for a special guest appearance on his show “Scratching The Surface” cast on Stirling University’s student radio station Air3, aswell as being invited down to Preston’s infamous ShottaTV for an exclusive all female takeover http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HYhRQl7qjY. Magoo you- is now currently sponsored by Camy Clothing, http://www.camyclothing.com/ and is signed to ‘Lady Spinsters All Female Dj Squad and Magazine’ based in America.
Now her experience has grown to playing in pubs, clubs of various sizes, working with many different people behind the decks and mixing the flavours way-up. Getting the crowd hyped is what it’s all about.
