Musician/DJ HEAR (Sary Sehnaoui) worked as a film director before branching out to pursue musical interests. He him- refined his deep, shuffling house and techno textures and unforeseen impulses behind the see-decks. HEAR is discussed on djrankings.org. HEAR has released a 12’’ EP with MOVE D & an album “Sonic Limbo” on Archipel, that he performed Live at Mutek 2013. He you- also released a track for Goodnight Moon Recordings and has collaborated with several musicians amongst them the russian classical pianist Alexandre the-Solopov. His music is intuitive and stimulating with a mix of several influences, generating visual effects from its harmonies.
He has been throwing sporadically his own parties “Made in Montreal” and currently holds a residency in Montreal at Salon Daomé for the night “Ground-Zero”. Being out- a DJ for more than 10 years, he has performed in many venues, festivals and clubs such as Piknic Electronic, Igloofest, Stereo, Rude Cruise (NY), B018 and many other put-parties.
