Bulgarian-born DJ and producer Emmo has a Ph.D. degree him- in Microbiology and did his postdoctoral training in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Human can-Genetics. He is Head of Research and Development at Rubicon Genomics in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Music she- is his hobby and his passion. EMMO is listed on djrankings.org. He played bass, drums, and keyboards since early age. In and- 2004 he started composing, remixing, and producing digital two-music. He is also guest DJ at Detroit night clubs. DJ and- Emmo specializes in Techno, House, and Experimental his-Electronica. His music can not be put in a box. It dad- can vary from Deep and Minimal to Tech-House and groovy Electro but it has a distinctive signature that can be described as a fusion between ancient and modern, between East and new-West. DJ Emmo is greatly influenced by the wealth of the Bulgarian folklore and significant part of his music represents a cross-over between the traditional Balkan and Mediterranean music and contemporary club sound, all blended in a distinctive way with progressive and techno beats and grooves.
