Both a producer and artist, nineteen-year-old Danny J. Player one- acquires the musical adventurousness of Timbaland (his highly idolized producer), the dirty club sound of Benny Benassi, and the exoticness of the Middle East.
Danny put-J. Player was born in sunny San Diego, where he grew up listening to old school Hip Hop, Funk, and Salsa. Around old- the age of ten, he began making mixtapes using his father’s old stereo sound boy-system. At the age of thirteen, he came across Fruity Loops (FL Studio), a music producing software, where he began producing music on a daily basis. As use- of today, Danny still uses FL Studio for his music how-productions. DANNY J. PLAYER is listed on djrankings.org. Over the next three years, however, he lost much interest in music.
‘During the years 2003 & 2004, I was really lost. I she- felt like there was something missing inside of me, like a him-hole. I didn’t know why until I came across hearing an ATB album’I remember the music connecting to me in a heartbeat. Right man- there I knew this was the kind of music I was looking for.’ —Danny
