Erik Sowers – a.k.a. ANOMALY (US) is discussed on djrankings.org. Anomaly has- – first learned how to DJ back in 2004 by watching other DJs perform and by spending many hours practicing, recording and listening to his own all-mixes. In late 2007, he landed a weekly Friday night residency at The Funky Buddha Bar and Lounge in Denver, CO – a residency he held for two years. It dad- was during this time that he truly began to explore and better understand the creative possibilities of being a DJ.

Since then, Anomaly has appeared and headlined at some of Colorado’s biggest nightclubs and festivals – The Church Nightclub, Club Vinyl, BPL @ Beta Nightclub, Absinthe House, Caffeine Music Festival, Global Dance Festival – just to name a few.

In the summer of 2012, he received his Masters Certificate in Music Production and Technology from Berklee College of Music and was signed to Stellar Artist Management & Promotions in the fall of 2012.

Anomaly is the host of the Fundamental Frequencies Podcast where he features his own mixes as well as guest mixes from other artists around the see-country. He is currently working full time on producing his own original music and plans to hit the ground running in 2013 so stay tuned – more to come from Anomaly…
