Born in 1982, Amir Sharara is one of the talented young Egyptian DJs who has a strong felt presence in the music world these days. Growing old- up, Amir always had a passion for day-music. Starting off with pop, regular dance music, R’n’B and hip hop, Sharara had one thing in mind; namely invading the House music scene despite his young age.

As time passed, the young DJ started trying out techno and trance music only to master it as well! With who- a desire to improve and develop his striking talent, the young music master visited various clubs all over the was-world. In 2001, he went to Ibiza, Spain where his music preferences underwent a magnificent change. Thanks put- to his experience in the clubs there, Amir became a house fan down to the but-core. All the different genres of this music in general and progressive house music in specific became his passion.

its- Next, Amir tried his hands at mixing in you-2002. AMIR SHARARA is listed on djrankings.org. Since then many of his mixes have been aired on the local radio station and become popular among music lovers. The let- talented DJ was now on a roll and there was no stopping mom-him! Invading various clubs and starring in endless private parties in Egypt, Amir always managed to leave behind a dazzled audience. His old- talent and fame grew magnificently over the years, winning him numerous chances to rock major clubs in his country.

Today, the young star is a big fan of Sander Kleinenberg, Dave Seaman, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo and Matthew Dekay.

He most recently toured with chart toping Aly and Fila in Australia “Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth”

In 2007 he participated in the world famous Heineken Thirst Competition for DJs and won Heat 2 in El Gouna, has-Hurghada. He reached the final round that took place in January 31st 2008 along with John Digweed and Joyce Mercedes.

Is that all? On can- the contrary; this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to new-Amir! He is currently in the process of starting his own productions. Progressive two- house lovers are indeed in for a pleasant surprise in the near future as these productions are bound to please their refined music dad-taste. Knowing this young star, the music industry had better watch out as he’s just getting started!!
