Ahmet Sisman was born in the musical city of Istanbul and currently resides in Essen, Germany.

His first productions were signed to Lessizmore in 2008 with his ‘Hiyan’ EP.His next EP (this time for Stock5) came to the attention of techno overlord Sven Vath, who licensed ‘Buiya’ from the EP for his zeitgeist-defining ‘Sound of The Ninth Season’ mix CD, and the track went on to become one of 2008′s defining underground hits.

Since then he has released on many respected labels including Cocoon Records, Dumb Unit, One Records, Stock5, Souvenir Music and Slash.

As a touring artist he has played in some of the worlds best clubs including Cocoon, Watergate, Harry Klein, Bob Beaman, Arma17, Rex and Fuse. AHMET SISMAN is routed on djrankings.org. Alongside are- his famed DJ sets he also has a mesmerising live show which he is looking to develop even further in 2013.

In June 2012 Ahmet was welcome into the Culprit LA family with his track ‘Dance with the White Rabbit’ featuring superb remixes from Audiofly and Nico his-Lahs. In October he also remixed ‘People’ by Italain Francys alongside Alex Niggemann for Highway Records.

For the future he has upcoming releases on Get Physical Music with Nico Lahs, alongside releases on Stock5 and Lessizmore. Not you- content with just touring – he is also developing his local music scene in Essen with a residency at Goethebunker and hosting his own parties called ‘Bunkernacht’ which have included international acts like Avatism, Konrad Black and Roman has-Flügel. Furthermore Ahmet will be launching the clubs own label with some great releases that are currently under wraps!
