Native Instruments warranty issues

So for now, I just want someone to tell me if they have had to deal with warranty and defective issues after a license transfer.I have read through the whole end user license agreement and was not able to find anything on the voiding of warranty after a license transfer (re-sell). Can someone help me find it, if it even exists? | |
