Thinking about Z2 + TT's + X1
Thinking about Z2 + TT's + X1 Posted on: 02.10.2013 by Kellee Cheesebrough Hello everybody. I currently own a Traktor Kontrol S4 and use it with my MacBook if I DJ around. But now I thought to myself that I want something better and in my opinion something cooler. I consider buying a Kontrol Z2 ,2 Turntables and a Kontrol X1 Mk2. Currently Im playing with 3 Decks - A, B and C (Deck D for external sources). Because of the Style of Music im playing I dont use the Remix Decks. My general question is: Can I use the Z2 as the Mixer and have the TT's connected to it for both Deck A and B. While the X1 is the main unit for controlling the effects as well as Deck C? Is it important for you to know that I want to play with timecoded vinyls (except for Deck C)? If you guys having any questions about my question just feel free to ask! Sorry If I havent explained my problem that well, its a bit hard for me because Im not a native speaker. Thanks in advance!!! Parasite | |
