Reply to tsi merging question

When i am merging tsi files, will i come accross issues if functions are doubled.

eg: i want to use the nanopad and vci100 both with the DJTT mappings to start off. Both tsi files have mappings for cue point controls. Will i be able to use cue functions on either controller or will they clash and only allow me to use that particular function on one device?
I want to check before i go ahead and mess with anything.
